What's the value of horses feeling safe?
Переглядів 106Рік тому
this video shares concepts I use, not exactly in a linear clear fashion, but some of the insights are in here. Recently (not necessarily in this video) I have been able to better articulate and teach some of the things I do to help horses feel safe, look to us for help, and what the mutual benefits are for taking the time to do this.

Change your reality by reducing polarity, with horses and in life
Переглядів 1003 роки тому
With horses we are often encountering people and methods that we don't agree with. In this video I share a tool to get out of the battle between right and wrong, and in doing so, you create more inner peace, and actually create a greater likeliness for that reality to shift. I forgot to mention another gift that it creates, which is that you can receive more wisdom, more insights, and even more...
The strength of your emotional connection with horses, tips on how to expand it.
Переглядів 493 роки тому
This conversation mentions examples of where horses have shown me they are emotionally invested in their people/caretakers. Also I talk about how distance doesn't matter in the strength of the connection; our horses and our pets can tune into what's going on with us. Knowing this, we can utilize it to help them and help ourselves have better emotional well being. Sorry for the windy day and thu...
Help your horse (and yourself) clear trapped emotions with EFT Tapping

I share lots of examples of how horse behavior changed using this simple tool. You'll learn the ways you can use it for many circumstances. I teach you how to do it and offer a screenshot opportunity (hopefully it is in correct orientation) so you can have the handy guide to do it on your own. www.saralicht.com www.myunicorn.horse Be safe and have fun! Improve your connection w horses by being honest

This video shares info on creating more trust based and harmonious relationships with horses by being honest and present. It touches on the challenge of Ego showing up during training. Towards the end I share an introduction to Tapping, that you can tap along with, to help clear residue of trauma and negative beliefs. Through sharing these observations and experiences I hope you will acknowledg...

I love tapping! Huge advocate here and sing it to the mountains wherever I go. Friends, family, massage clients…it’s absolutely life changing. All this time I have used it for myself with previous horse accidents, traumas, and at the age of 44 and too many young green horses that have literally kicked my ass at times 😂…I have used EFT to reword my brain and release those traumas…emotionally and physically…poof! Gone! It’s funny how training my horses, as they get better and more skills, understanding of their world among humans and their job…as they got better…I still carried with me all the times I ate dirt, landed on my head, or tore groin muscles…I grew a distrust of them, even if I never show it to the world. EFT has been the biggest gift of healing I have ever encountered. And I grew up in a very holistic family, my dad is a well known chiropractor, I am a massage therapist since 1999, but tapping…whole new level of healing. Now I’m just following the rabbit trail into how I can use it FOR our horses as well. Just me rewiring my own brain and tapping into emotional freedom for myself has changed my horses, but now I would like to see how I can address physical pain and ailments for them doing surrogate tapping on them. I’m familiar with the meridian systems of horses, so I’m doing both surrogate EFT, and a blend of meridian work and tapping directly ON them. Their meridians are a bit different than humans so it’s a learning game for sure. But my hope is to work more directly in them. Thank you for putting yourself out there in this post. I know it’s risky when you never know what clients might think. The fact you share regardless because you know it works, well that’s just beautiful. God bless you! And love your necklace BTW!!! 🌸
